Organic Mentha piperita
For People: Cooling, uplifting, energizing.  Can soothe achy muscles, helpful with mild skin blemishes and acne and headaches.  Assists with mental focus. Natural insect repellent. Cools a hot flash. Fabulous for the hot summer days!  
Directions For People: To refresh and revitalize, close your eyes, hold bottle a few inches away from your face, close your eyes and mist.  Mist back of neck and body to cool off from a hotflash or on a hot summer day.  Mist hands, cup and cover your nose, and inhale deeply.  Mist your temples and back of neck to assist with headache pain.  You could also mist a washcloth to apply to forhead or other painful areas. Mist clothing and top of head for insect repellant.  Can assist with nausea.
For pets: Many dogs find peppermint hydrosol too strong!  I recommend diluting a mist of peppermint hydrosl in a 1/4 cup of distilled water.  You may make a compress out of this for aches and pains.  Apply to sore area NOT open wounds.  You may also mist your hands and hold out to your dog for nausea especially if your pup gets carsick.
 
Please don't force any aromatics on your pets...trust that they know what they need.
Never put essential oils or hydrosols on your pet's snout.
Do NOT spray directly into your pet's face.
