I like to use this on my forhead, neck and shoulders when I have a migraine but be CAREFUl and wash your hands well.  AVOID EYE AREA.  
Small Batch. Organic Kpangnan Butter, organic olive oil infused with Balsam Poplar buds, Peppermint,  and Balsam Poplar Buds, essential oils of Copaiba Balsam, Spike Lavender, Black Pepper, Peppermint, Spearmint, Black Spruce and organic menthol crystals.
 AVOID EYE AREA.
